AKSAL Armament Systems and Ammunition Technologies Inc. was established on March 3, 2023 in Kırıkkale to develop and manufacture innovative small and medium caliber ammunition and armament systems.

AKSAL-SMT, which started its R&D activities at Kırıkkale University Technopark on October 21, 2023, continues its innovative Armament Systems and Ammunition Factory construction works in Kırıkkale province., where it plans to deploy innovative composite manufacturing systems.
